Live event Q&A
Audience questions
Questions appear anonymously and are ranked by audience votes. Enable a moderator link to manage them without a Mixer login; attendees see answered questions in the App Clip or Mixer app. Hide removes a question from the audience without deleting it.

Add attendee categories to unlock audience intelligence
Create neutral labels such as Founder, Investor, Mentor, or Job seeker in Event settings. Mixer’s AI suggests one and shows it for approval without adding another App Clip question.
Shared signals
Top overlap topics
Aggregated
Recurring themes across approved profiles that appear in strong matches.
Use reciprocal profile fit and balance introductions across the room.
Mixer treats this as pairing guidance only and never uses protected traits or reveals private answers.
Profile fields
General fields such as Company Name and Title are collected in the approved profile. Email, LinkedIn, Website, Instagram, X, and TikTok toggles add validated contact actions; they do not appear under “Find your people.”
Organizer questions & Room mapping
Public toggles control whether an approved answer appears on the Room card, full profile, or category filter. Private answers stay out of both the Room and shared directory; all approved event-question answers remain available to the event owner.
After the event
Response categories
Organizer only
Run AI bucketing after the event closes, review every original answer, and correct any assignment. These buckets never replace what attendees wrote on their cards.
Room profile categories
The AI suggests one event-relevant label during profile return. After attendee approval, it appears as a badge at the top of their Room profile.
Named meetup zones
Named public areas help attendees meet without collecting precise location.

Publish a read-only attendee-facing page after the event. It never links back to this dashboard and includes only approved profiles and fields you marked public.
Standard event directory links remain available for 30 days after the event date.

The invitation stops working and this event disappears from your organizer list. This cannot be undone in the portal.

Real OpenAI calls
Each selected model receives the same profiles and prompt, so differences in speed, cost, and match quality are directly comparable.

Speed, quality, and OpenAI cost

Expected matches found compares each model’s returned matches with the hidden synthetic answer key. Average response is one pair’s wall time after work starts; queue wait is separate, and concurrency changes throughput rather than that individual response.
