Mixer

Effective July 24, 2026

Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Mixer. By connecting or using Mixer, you agree to use it lawfully and follow the Community Guidelines.

What Mixer provides

Mixer helps event attendees create an approved profile, receive possible introductions, mutually connect, exchange text messages or selected contact details, and coordinate optional meetups. Matches, scores, explanations, icebreakers, and availability indicators are suggestions—not guarantees of compatibility, opportunity, identity, safety, or any outcome.

Your responsibilities

Consent and safety

A suggested match does not authorize communication. Chat requires mutual connection, and contact exchange requires separate mutual approval. A person may decline, mute, unmatch, block, or report at any time. Mixer and event organizers may restrict or remove access when reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal compliance, or service integrity.

Event organizers and attendees are independent users. Mixer does not perform background checks or control their conduct. Avoid emergencies in Mixer reports; contact local emergency services when immediate help is needed.

Your content

You retain your rights in content you submit. You permit Mixer to process it only as needed to provide, secure, moderate, and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not submit content that violates another person’s rights.

Availability and changes

Mixer may change, suspend, or discontinue features, enforce usage limits, and remove content or accounts that create safety, security, legal, or operational risk. The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mixer is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or reliance damages arising from event participation, suggested matches, third-party conduct, user-arranged meetups, or interrupted service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
