Mixer support

For login, event, peer-share link, profile, comparison, matching, connection, messaging, notification, safety, privacy, or deletion help, email the Mixer team. Include the event name or a short description, but do not send a complete active peer-share URL. Never send your Apple password, AI-app password, access token, device guest credential, private key, or another person’s contact details.

Connection troubleshooting

• Use the same Sign in with Apple account in the Mixer App Clip, full app, and Mixer authorization page.
• If ChatGPT says the connection expired, reconnect Mixer once and retry the approved action.
• If your event is missing, reopen its QR or invocation link.
• If messages do not update, pull to refresh the Connections view and confirm both attendees accepted the connection.
• Push alerts are optional; the authenticated Activity inbox remains available when alerts are disabled.

Person-to-person link troubleshooting

• A peer link does not require Apple or Google sign-in. If it asks for either one, return to the original /p/ link instead of an event sign-in page.
• An unavailable link may have expired or been revoked. Ask its owner to generate a new expiring link.
• Your temporary guest identity is restored from a random credential kept on that device. Clearing browser storage or moving to another browser creates a different guest identity.
• The peer web page keeps your complete editable profile draft and card preferences only in that browser for up to 30 days, including sections that remain private. Clearing the site's browser storage removes the local copy sooner.
• You can keep sections private in your Mixer profile tied to this device while turning off their card-sharing switches. Only selected sections are copied into the card snapshot used by that share.
• If an AI assistant drafts your profile, review every imported field. Mixer cannot read the assistant’s account or conversation and receives only what you submit.
• Use Delete my temporary Mixer profile on the peer page to delete that guest identity and clear its local credential.

Safety

Use the in-app block and report controls for another attendee. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services or venue security; email support is not monitored as an emergency channel.
